Summer lovin'
Hello and welcome to a tiny edition of May I spoon you?! I hope this week finds you well and as always thank you for sharing this space with me.
For the first time in years, I am actually enjoying summer. Full transparency, I did not write this week. Most of this week has been spent scrolling the internet, binging Happy Endings, and taking walks early in the morning.
However, I promised myself that I would keep up with my weekly newsletter no matter what. Therefore, this week I am sharing what I found interesting and what brought me joy.
First, Happy Endings is on Netflix. I fall asleep to it every night. It is such a silly feel-good show. If you can, check it out. Also, Ahmazing ( if you’re a fan, you know!)
Check out the reunion episode from last year:
Next, if you can listen to The Deep Dive podcast with Jessica St. Clair and June Diane Raphael. OMG, this podcast is deep. I appreciate how much they are willing to share with their audience. They talk about astrology, parenting, and dealing with illness. It is such a great podcast.
Finally, a goal of mine this summer is to get outside more. I have been walking early in the morning. It has been though. I am not an outside person and I am most definitely not an exercise in the morning person. However, I do feel a tad better. For inspiration, I follow @healthy_with_kelsey on Instagram. She provides great motivation tips, recipes, and workouts. I am not joking when I say I refresh her Instagram page throughout the day to see and take in her posts. Please check out and support if you can!
Today’s temperature will reach 102 (southern NM)! If you are in the south, please stay safe and cool. If you are up north, good for you (not salty at all, haha). In all seriousness, please stay safe, and as always thank you for reading! See you next week.
